2. We will arrange to return the defective item and provide a full refund.
3. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
4. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
5. Shipping charges for returns will be covered by Dmarkz if the product is defective.
6. Please report defective items within 7 days of delivery.
7. Customers can also request a replacement instead of a refund if preferred.
